Visions of a Muralist

Had Pamela Bailey over last weekend with her family and we celebrated the Lowe’s Hometown Grant award. We talked about the visions of her murals and planned our timeline. It is beautiful to see an artist at work and her visions are truly ENCHANTING!!!!
